William Franklin Graham IV (Will)
Evangelist for the Billy Graham Evangelistic
Association
Will is the third generation of Grahams to proclaim the Gospel
of Jesus Christ under the banner of Billy Graham Evangelistic
Association (BGEA). Will is the grandson of Billy Graham and the
oldest son of Franklin Graham. Since beginning his North American
evangelistic ministry, he has spoken to more than 50,000 during his
Will Graham Celebrations. Over 1,600 have made commitments to
Christ during these multi-day outreaches. Will now serves as
assistant director of the Billy Graham Training Center at The Cove.
He and his wife, Kendra, live near Asheville, N.C. and have three
young children.

Claude Houde
Pastor of the largest French-speaking Evangelical
Church in the Western World
Claude Houde is a passionate and visionary leader who began
"Nouvelle Vie", a French-speaking church outside Montreal in 1993
with 40 people. Today more than 3,000 are part of this dynamic
French-speaking congregation. Every month, this church feeds over
7,000 people in the community with hundreds coming to faith in
Christ. Claude is a dynamic communicator who has ministered in over
20 countries and is a regular guest on numerous television and
radio programs.

Eric Swanson
Author of "The Externally Focused
Church"
Eric Swanson works with Leadership Network in Louisville,
Colorado, as Leadership Community Director for Externally Focused
Churches working with dozens of externally focused churches around
North America. He is also co-founder of GoodCities, a global
movement focused on kingdom transformation. Eric has a passion for
engaging churches in the needs and dreams of their communities
toward the goal of spiritual and societal transformation.

David Macfarlane
Director of National Initiatives for the Billy
Graham Evangelistic Association of Canada
David A. Macfarlane is a humorous and engaging speaker, trainer,
and motivator who came to Christ in Argentina where he developed a
strong passion for the Lord and reaching the lost. As a young
businessman, David came to Canada with American Express and has
since led congregations in Ontario and British Columbia to solid
and significant growth through creative evangelism and
discipleship. David and his wife Diana have three grown
daughters.

Kevin Shepherd
Lead Pastor at Glad Tidings Church in Burlington,
Ontario
Kevin is the lead visionary and principal communicator for Glad
Tidings Church. He has been the lead pastor of Glad Tidings since
2008. Prior to that, Kevin held various pastoral positions at
Pentecostal churches in Dunnville, Burlington, and London, Ontario.
He earned his Bachelor of Religious Education degree in Religious
Studies and Church Music from Ontario Bible College (now Tyndale
University College), and is enrolled in the Masters of Theological
Studies program at McMaster Divinity College. Kevin is married to
his longtime best friend Sherri and has two great kids, Caleb and
Sadie.

Donna Mitchell
Director of Connecting Streams Women's
Ministry
A native of Toronto, Donna Mitchell, as a young adult, was
challenged to follow Jesus for three weeks to see what would happen
- transformation! Donna embraced God's call on her life and
prepared for full-time ministry. She spent 13 years in the
investment industry while concurrently obtaining a Bachelors degree
from Tyndale University College (formerly Ontario Bible College)
and a Masters of Divinity from Canadian Theological Seminary. Donna
is passionate about calling women to follow Jesus and empowering
them to take steps of faith to share His love. Donna served as a
pastor of women's ministries for 11 years and is now the director
of Connecting Streams Women's Ministry, a ministry of Power to
Change Canada. She speaks at outreach events, equipping and
training events, retreats, and conferences. Donna lives in Alberta
with her husband, Allan, and has three grown step-sons.

George Woodward
President of CBA - The 700 Club in
Canada
Over many years of ministry, George has directed bible schools,
pastored churches, and traveled to many countries. He is the author
of Raising Up and Mentoring the Next Generation. He has a passion
to see revival come to Canada and has a heart to see our generation
poured into the emerging church. He recognizes that as we plunge
deeper into the heart of this century, it will take a new breed of
men and women to effectively proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
George knows the message can never be changed or watered down, but
the methods used must remain relevant to today's culture.

Rick Hiemstra
Director of the Centre for Research on Canadian
Evangelicalism
Rick Hiemstra is director of the Centre for Research on Canadian
Evangelicalism (CRCE). He has been working at the Centre since it
was founded in July 2007. He holds a Bachelor of Mathematics, a
Bachelor of Education, and a Masters of Theological Studies. Prior
to coming to the CRCE, he served as pastor of a Wesleyan church in
Cornwall, Ontario, taught high school mathematics and computer
science, and held various positions in industry. He lives in
Oshawa, Ontario, with his wife, Beth, and their children, John,
Anna, James, and Peter.

Laird Crump
Speaker for Focus on the Family
Laird has been a pastor in the Greater Toronto Area for 25
years. Twelve of those years were as a youth pastor, seven as a
senior pastor of a traditional church, and six years as a church
planter in Markham, where he now resides. Laird has a Bachelor of
Theology and a Master of Theological Studies. Laird is passionate
about the Church and sees it as God's chosen vehicle to change our
culture for Christ. He is also passionate about marriage and the
family. Laird realizes that healthy marriages and families help
establish healthy churches. He is an effective communicator of
God's principles for living and teaches in a relaxed, humorous, and
authentic way. Laird Crump is married to a wonderful woman named
Joey. Together they enjoy their four kids who range in age from 12
to 21.

Steve Swartwood
Community Life Pastor at Glad Tidings Church in
Burlington
Steve recently joined the team at Glad Tidings Church as Community
Life Pastor. He oversees life groups and young adult ministries.
Prior to that, he served in Orillia as an assistant pastor for 7
years. Steve is blessed to be able to do life and ministry with his
beautiful wife, Carrie, and children, Avah and Ezra. Steve has a
passion to see people be all that God has created them to be! |

Barrie Davies
Ontario Regional Director for Alpha
Canada
After graduating from McMaster University, Barrie owned and
operated a national time-management business for 20 years before
joining Campus Crusade for Christ (now called Power to Change).
Later, Barrie served as an Alpha Advisor, and Alpha conference
chairman and speaker. In 2004, he became Alpha Regional Director
for Ontario. Since then, Barrie has been building local teams of
Alpha leaders, connecting leaders from all denominations, and
trail-blazing new initiatives. He has been married to his wife,
Stephanie, for 43 years. They have three married daughters, and
five grandchildren. |

Sue Bennett
Director for Alpha Canada
Sue Bennett came to faith in Jesus through an Alpha course, and
then helped lead the course for three years in Kitchener, ON,
at the Grand Valley Institution for Women. That led in 2007 to Sue
being appointed as Alpha's Prisons Advisor. Two years later,
she became Alpha Canada's overall director. Her heart's desire is
to partner with churches and community organizations in providing
support and training to them to offer Alpha courses in their local
prisons, as well as teaching the Caring for Ex-Offenders program.
Sue is married to her best friend, Gary.

Elwood Mean
Campus Director for Alpha Canada
Elwood grew up in a Christian home. He had great success in the
forestry business and later in the public storage business. After
experiencing four separate family tragedies, his faith was
challenged and strengthened. Then he sensed God's call to ministry.
He joined Alpha Canada in 2007 as the Campus Director. Elwood
also continues to work part-time at Sunset Church in Fredericton,
NB. The church offers eight Alpha courses each year. Elwood
has deep compassion for the lost. His vision for during the next
five years is to have 10,000 students per year attending a Campus
Alpha course. Elwood has been married to his wife Faith for 32
years. They have two daughters and one grandson.
