The 2006 Wild Rose Celebration is coming to Leduc.

It's a three-day Christian outreach event featuring musical artists like Rebecca St. James, Tree63 and Alberta's own Kim Haller, along with Will Graham, grandson of evangelist Billy Graham.

"We had a great response in Halifax and St. John's.  Graham's 31 and speaks from a younger generation.  He's not tricky and very clear and up front," said senior communication coordinator Milton Friesen.

The event takes place, April 7 to 9, at the Black Gold Centre in Leduc.  Admission is free.

Wetaskiwin's Carol Chapman will offer a four-minute video testimonial, April 9, Friesen added.

"We have three different bands coming in. Grammy award-winning Rebecca St. James from Australia, April 7, Tree63 from South Africa, April 8, and Kim Haller from Three Hills, April 9."

There'll also be a children's show hosted by Duggie Dug Dug, April 8, at 10a.m.

Call office manager Richard Taub at 986-1088 for parking and other information.
