‘My Identity Was So Rooted in the LGBT Lifestyle’

For as long as she could remember, Emily Thomes had experienced same-sex attraction.
She didn’t see a problem with calling herself a Christian while partying and dating lots of women. Then a family member invited Emily to join a Bible study that dramatically changed her view of God and sent her on a quest for truth.
“What if those Christians, the ones that believe that we’re to obey the Bible, what
if they’re right?” Emily started asking. “What if this is really a problem?”
