Jamie* felt like he had hit rock bottom.
He was living at a rehab treatment facility, and he was filled with fear. He went online for answers and connected with one of our chat team members, Thomas.
“Things are going bad for me in life, and I’m trying to find God,” he typed. “I don’t even know if I can be forgiven.” Thomas listened as Jamie shared his struggles—and then shared a clear presentation of the Good News: “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved” (Acts 16:31, ESV).
Right away, Jamie prayed to place his faith and trust in Christ. The two continued to chat for a few minutes, with Thomas sharing Scripture and explaining to Jamie how he can deepen his new relationship with the Lord. Jamie said he had just begun attending church at the facility and planned to continue doing so. Please lift him up to the Lord in prayer and ask God to give him strength and boldness in his new faith.
