A Legacy of Hope
You Can Help Change Lives for Eternity
Continuing the lifelong work of Billy Graham, the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association exists to support and extend the evangelistic calling and ministry of Franklin Graham by proclaiming the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to all we can by every effective means available to us and by equipping the church and others to do the same.
Your gift today will continue this united legacy of sharing the Good News and pointing hurting people to the love of our Heavenly Father.
Will you help reach hurting people?
A Great Need—An Even Greater Savior
In a world filled with uncertainty, confusion, and spiritual darkness, the Gospel remains the only beacon of eternal hope for men, women, and children. Through your generous gift to the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association of Canada, you can bring hope, light, and meaning to someone’s life through the Good News of Jesus Christ.
Proclaim the Good News
For over 60 years, the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association of Canada has been dedicated to proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ to all nations. You can help people across Canada hear the Gospel through an evangelistic Festival or Celebration.
Over 2,600 people came to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ in Toronto this September. Among the thousands who gathered for the Night of Hope with Will Graham were Jacob* and his family. Jacob was ready for an incredible night, but he never expected to see four members of his family step forward at Will’s invitation to give their lives to Christ. Earlier in the evening, Christian artists TAYA and The Afters led the crowd in energetic worship before Will Graham proclaimed a message of eternal hope.
“Only one Man died for the sins of the world. His name is Jesus, and He wants to come into your life tonight,” Will shared as he preached from Luke 15, Jesus’ parable of the prodigal son. Jacob listened beside his family. He had committed his life to Christ years ago, but his two sisters, aunt, and a cousin had firmly refused. “I’ve been praying for them to know Jesus for over 17 years,” he shared. One sister once firmly told Jacob, “I will never serve God.”
But now at the Night of Hope, Jacob saw tears streaming down her face. When Will gave the Gospel invitation, Jacob watched all four of his family members rise from their seats and go forward to trust Jesus in repentance and faith. “I can’t begin to express what this means to me right now,” he shared with tears of joy.

Comfort in Times of Crisis
The Billy Graham Rapid Response Team (BG-RRT) was established after the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks in New York City, and brought the ministry to Canada in 2004. In the 21 years since, your partnership has equipped chaplains from across Canada to bring comfort and hope to individuals and families in crisis.
As residents of Denare Beach, Saskatchewan, returned home after a devastating June wildfire, crisis-trained BG-RRT chaplains were in the community to pray and offer comfort in Christ.
The Wolf Fire destroyed over 200 homes in the northern village of just 700 people. Many families do not have insurance to rebuild. One homeowner, Abigail* had lived in her home for a decade. She only found out her home was destroyed through a post on Facebook. When chaplains asked how she was coping, Abigail expressed how angry she felt at God.
Our chaplains assured her that God understands our anger and hurt in such times. However, in times of crisis, Jesus can be our strength and peace. As they spoke, a sense of peace came over Abigail. She openly accepted prayer and emotionally thanked the chaplains.
Supporting Canada’s Protectors
Law Enforcement Appreciation Retreats welcome officers, individually or with their spouse, into a safe, peaceful setting. Understanding that there are unique pressures that officers and their families face every day, the law enforcement ministry supports officers by providing them with opportunities to grow in their faith, careers, and marriages. Your gifts will support law enforcement officials and their spouses to attend these retreats.
When Madison joined a Saskatchewan police force, she was certain about two things: her calling to serve as an officer and her unwavering faith in God. “I started out with the goal of being the hands and feet of Jesus in my career as a police officer,” shared Madison.
Over time, however, between irregular shifts, navigating police culture, and responding to tragic responses, a nagging thought began to weigh on her. “I struggled to see how you could be a Christian and a police officer at the same time. In trying to fit in, I lost focus on the foundation that I had in my faith.”
Irregular shifts became an excuse to miss church, and Madison began isolating herself from friends and family. Alcohol became her way to cope with stress. “I was at the lowest part of my career,” said Madison. Yet even then, she wasn’t alone: “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit” (Psalm 34:18, ESV).
While searching online for help, Madison discovered one of our Canadian Law Enforcement Appreciation Retreats, hosted in Jasper, Alberta. These two-day retreats give officers and spouses encouragement, community, and rest from the challenges they face. Christian speakers also help provide focus on Christ-centered growth in their careers, marriages, and lives. The opportunity to share her experiences with other officers was exactly what Madison needed spiritually and emotionally.
“One of the speakers talked about how we are meant to be countercultural in this world, and while it’s not going to be easy, it’s so worth it in the end. Because sometimes the help we need is more than just another cup of coffee—we need Jesus.” said Madison. “This weekend has encouraged me to talk about my faith and be a support to other officers so they know they are not alone and that their faith is important.”
Share Hope Online
In 2011, Search for Jesus was launched as a ministry website where hurting people searching online for answers could not only find the truth of the Gospel but also interact with trained volunteers to ask questions or find discipleship. Today, over 1,800 volunteers from 52 countries are helping to share the Gospel. Thanks to your ongoing support, over 11,400 have indicated decisions to follow Jesus through Search for Jesus.
For years, Kaylee* felt a persistent sense that something was missing in her life.
She had struggled with drugs before breaking free and dedicating the past 10 years to restoring broken relationships. Her life was improving, yet Kaylee still felt a lingering emptiness.
This feeling drove Kaylee to a part of her life she had long ignored—her relationship with God. She made a heartfelt prayer, asking Jesus to be her Savior. However, worry and lingering guilt still weighed heavily on her. Would God accept her after all the hurt she had caused?
Uncertain about what to do next, Kaylee went online for answers. She enrolled in the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association of Canada’s Know Jesus discipleship course. Through one-on-one mentorship, the free course explores what it means to truly know Christ and live as a Christian.
As Kaylee grew in her faith, God was also in her family. Throughout her journey, Kaylee’s husband, Jonathan,* saw the changes in her and began sensing God. Jonathan started praying and reading Scripture, and he also gave his life to Christ. “It feels so wonderful to see these changes happening in both of us,” rejoiced Kaylee.
Broadcast the Gospel
On a weekly basis, Billy Graham Classics programs are shown on Canada’s YES TV Network. During these programs, a toll-free number appears on the screen, giving viewers the chance to call and discuss spiritual questions with one of our trained volunteers. Your gifts help share in the cost of broadcasting the Good News of Jesus Christ to thousands of Canadians.
Ellen called immediately after watching a TV Gospel spot. She told our representative that she wanted to be saved—but she didn’t understand how that was possible. Our associate explained the free gift of salvation through Jesus Christ: “The Scripture says, ‘Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame’” (Romans 10:11, NKJV).
Ellen cried as she explained she thought it couldn’t be that easy. She joyfully prayed to surrender her life to the Lord in repentance and faith, and we sent her materials to help her grow in her walk with the Lord.
