Lives Changed for Eternity in Kelowna

On Sunday in Kelowna, British Columbia, at the final night of the Thompson-Okanagan Look Up Tour, lives were changed for eternity as many responded to Will Graham’s invitation to trust Jesus Christ in repentance and faith.
Will Graham shared a message of hope from Luke 15 of God’s Word, the parable of the Prodigal Son. “It’s time to come home. Are you willing to come home tonight?” he asked. “God is waiting for you to come home to Him, but you have to have the sense to get out of the pigpen. Will you return home to Jesus tonight?”
People came from all over Kelowna and the Thompson-Okanagan region for the Look Up Tour, including these young men who rode their bikes, excited to join the outreach.
“Are you ready for some Good News tonight?” Chris Llewellyn, lead singer of Irish Christian band Rend Collective, asked the excited crowd.
George Canyon led the audience in worship. Among the songs he sang, “How Great is Our God” was one of the favorites. Many hearts encountered God’s greatness this night.
Children, families, and people across generations came together.
More than 1,000 people filled Evangel Church for live music and a message of hope in Jesus Christ.
“Jesus is alive, my friends. I’m not asking you to follow a dead god. I’m asking you to follow the living Christ. Tonight, you’re coming to Jesus,” Will shared. Streaming down the aisles, many people came to receive Jesus in repentance and faith.
“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28, NKJV).
“But when he was still a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion” (Luke 15:20). Jeremy* came forward to trust Jesus as Lord and Savior. “I was thinking, ‘It’s time. This is the time. I don’t know if I’ll get another chance. This is now or never,’” he said.
“If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved” (Romans 10:9, NKJV).
